Some 60 fans and followers of Master Joey Yap, the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Master Trainer of the Mastery Academy of Chinese Metaphysics spent an afternoon with him over high tea at the Andaman Grand Ballroom of Parkroyal Penang recently.

Joey Yap, the author of best-selling books such as Stories and Lessons on Feng Shui, BaZi - The Destiny Code and Discover Face Reading, stressed on Classical Feng Shui being fundamental theories, the ability to analyze a situation, the interpretative skills and the application of theory into real life situations. "When applied correctly, Feng Shui is a powerful force that brings about a lasting and measurable change in one's life. It harmonizes with the forces of nature to promote health, wealth and happiness," he explained.

Master Joey presented a captivating one-hour feng shui presentation, having touch-based on informative topics such as introduction of feng shui, using favourable directions, empowering the wealth stars, locating good offices, annual influances of Qi and followed by a session of questions and answers. He also highlighted the do's and don'ts for this year which is the Year of the Dog.

Those present enjoyed a sumptuous high tea spread of over 30 international dishes including three local hawker stalls after the presentation.

Hotel public relations manager Karen Chee said that Joey's appearance in Penang simply benefit feng shui learners, and the hotel will organise more events for their guests and visitors.
